1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with all accessories, tags, and invoices.
• Return requests must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Customized or personalized products, as well as items marked "Final Sale," are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at resanatan.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping

• For all returns within India, return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
• For international returns, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• In case of delays in refund processing, please contact your bank or payment provider for further information.
